During the week, we extend our vet office hours into the night on Tuesday and Thursday so that you don’t have to rush home from work and still find yourself being late for your appointment! Not everyone has the time to drop in during the week, though, even during later afternoon and evening hours. That’s why we always open our doors on the weekend!
We keep our animal hospital open weekends in Raleigh NC from 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. These hours are for our clients who are unable to make their pet’s appointments during the week due to work or family commitments. We also use this time for those inevitable Friday night illnesses that pop up.
If you have a mystery illness pop up on Friday night that is not an emergency, give us a call as soon as we open on Saturday morning and we will do everything in our power to squeeze you in for an appointment.
If your pet becomes ill on Friday night and you think it may be an emergency, we ask that you please don’t wait until Saturday morning to call us! The best thing that you can do in this situation is to load your pet safely into the car and head straight for your nearest emergency veterinary clinic.
What about Sunday?
We keep our animal hospital open weekends in Raleigh NC from 5 pm to 6 pm on Sundays HOWEVER, these hours are reserved for boarding pickup ONLY. We do this for your convenience so that you don’t have to pay for an additional night of boarding for your pet and you can start your week off on Monday on the right foot!
We do not offer vet consultation hours on Sundays, though, because we know how hard our vets work throughout the week and they deserve at least one full day a week to recharge, rest and spend time with their family.
